Boundary model​

Stockey supports the workflow from strategy definition to historical testing and package export. It does not replace user review, professional judgment, broker terms, or deployment responsibility.

User responsibilities​

  • Review every rule and parameter.
  • Confirm rights to uploaded data and scripts.
  • Check broker permissions and session behavior.
  • Review AI-assisted output before use.
  • Keep secrets out of support messages.
  • Configure local .env values after export.

Platform responsibilities​

Stockey should keep broker-secret handling session-limited by default, avoid permanent raw market-data storage by default, and produce exports with placeholders rather than real credentials.

User acknowledgements​

  • Stockey is product guidance, not investment advice.
  • Historical testing is diagnostic and not predictive.
  • AI-assisted output requires user review.
  • Broker data access remains user-authorized and user-controlled.
  • Exported runtime is self-hosted and user-controlled.
Do not send secrets

Do not send broker passwords, OTPs, full API secrets, full access tokens, private keys, or restricted market data through support or AI-assisted prompts.
